आघात पहुंचाना: जो कोई किसी व्यक्ति को शारीरिक पीड़ा, रोग या अंग-शैथिल्य कारित करता है, तो वह आघात पहुंचाता है।

स्पष्टीकरण: अंग-शैथिल्य से तात्पर्य शरीर के किसी अंग को दुर्बल या कमजोर करने से है।
